Terms and conditions

We require:

  • an armless chair for each player
  • shelter from sun or rain to protect our instruments
  • adequate lighting to read our music easily
  • a space to store our instrument cases so they are out of sight
  • a 5-10 minute break every hour for longer bookings
  • the venue to be informed of our presence and know to turn any background music off when we are playing
  • a 50% deposit at least three weeks before the event to secure the booking
  • if the booking is cancelled two weeks before the agreed date of event there will be a 50% refund
  • if the booking is cancelled less than two weeks before the agreed date of event full payment is required
  • any performing required past the arranged booking time will incur a $50 per player per half hour fee which is to be paid in cash to the performer/s on the day at the venue
