Based in Mount Maunganui, Tauranga we are AUTANGI ENSEMBLE: a collective of professional musicians ready to perform live musical entertainment at your next event in the Bay of Plenty and Waikato region of New Zealand. We can cater to any setting – corporate function, birthday or engagement party, wedding ceremony, wedding reception, or funeral and will travel to wherever your event is. We service all areas of Rotorua, Taupo, Hamilton, Cambridge, the Coromandel, Tauranga, Whakatane, plus any rural areas in between. Let us help you create exactly the right mood for your occasion whether it be as background entertainment or as an important part of your day.
You are able to select particular pieces from our large music library or you are welcome to leave it up to us and we can suggest a suitable repertoire list. We have worked with many clients to customise an appropriate programme for their big day. We each have over a decade of performance experience and can play a range of musical genres to suit your needs.
We offer the following options to cater to your event requirements:
- String quartet – two violins, viola, and cello
- String trio – two violins and cello; or violin, viola, cello
- String duo – cello and violin
- Solo – violin or cello
